St. Gregory- A Parish of Intentional Disciples?
 

Pope Francis has challenged all Catholics to become “missionary disciples”.  Sherry Weddell in her book Forming Intentional Disciples: The Path to Knowing Jesus declares that in order to be disciples we have to know Jesus first, even before we are catechized.  What does this all mean and how would a parish like St. Gregory embrace such a challenge?  Join us in August as we explore the possibilities of becoming     “Intentional Disciples”.

Presentations and reflections will be based on the teachings of St. John Paul II, Pope Benedict XVI, Pope Francis, and the writings of Sherry Weddell.  Presenter: Art Turner, Director of Faith Formation for the Archdiocese.  They will begin at 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM in the School Computer Lab.
