This ministry involves a core team of three people to coordinate and oversee the planning of our annual parish social event. Members of this team have fine-tuned the process of organizing every dimension of the event.

Stewardship Opportunities:

• Leadership with good organizational skills
• Oversee the Parish Social Raffle
• Review previous year’s Social and implement planning steps for current year
• Coordinate leaders responsible for frying chicken, publicity, cakes, silent auction, etc.
• Encourage active involvement and participation of entire parish
